Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. All products currently in our store ship from a U.S. warehouse, with tracking sent by email.

Estimated delivery is shown on each product page and counts business days from your order:

G-Shaped LED Lamp: 3–6 business days. P47 Foldable Bluetooth Headphones: 4–7 business days. Portable Bluetooth Speaker: 7–10 business days.

Standard shipping is free. Standard orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

Priority processing (+$5): your order is placed with our warehouse the same day. Priority speeds up when we place your order; it does not change carrier shipping time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will refund or replace it, and you don't need to send it back.

To start a return, send us a message through the Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
