LUMEN WAVE Help Center

We ship to addresses in the United States. All products currently in our store ship from a U.S. warehouse. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

Total time = processing + shipping. Each product page shows its estimate: G-Shaped LED Lamp: 3–6 business days after you order P47 Foldable Bluetooth Headphones: 4–7 business days Portable Bluetooth Speaker: 7–10 business days Standard orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Priority processing (+$5) places your order with our warehouse the same day; it does not change carrier shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order ships, check your shipping confirmation for the available tracking link. If you cannot find it or tracking is not updating, contact us with your order number. A shipping label being created does not mean the carrier has received the package.
